Minfinite Timeline
Minfinite Timeline is a minimalist version of Infinite Timeline, a web application that allows users to create, manage, explore and visualize collections of historical events, emphasizing discovery and context.

I have not found enough interest in Infinite Timeline to keep up with the costs of maintaining the site, but with this new version I can keep the core functionality available to anyone on the web.
Minfinite Timeline is free, zero-login, and client-side. Add events manually or import a CSV, then zoom and pan through history. A key difference with the original application is that no data is stored, so instead of creating an account you can log into, you will need to export any collections you want to keep and re-imported them back if you want to make changes.
Features
- Add events with name, year, optional month/day, and BC/AD era
- Import events from a CSV file (download a template from within the app)
- Visual timeline with automatic density handling — events cluster at low zoom and expand as you zoom in
- Zoom, pan, and drag-to-select a range directly on the timeline
- Export your event list as CSV
- Export the timeline view as a PNG image
